New Zealand. Over 100 firms have been trained and the requests for training
have increased following the announcement from LINZ of compulsory online lodgement of
cadastral surveys from September 2007

Cadastre was the Land Registration Specialist to the first stage of this
ADB funded project (TA 3941-RMI) where they developed a computerized system
to support new land registration legislation. Their involvement has continued
in the second stage of this project

been engaged by ANZLIC to prepare comprehensive documentation of their ISO

Project

2006. Cadastre is
working with Terralink International as an accredited supplier to the New
Zealand Ministry of Justice and the Maori Land Court. This task involves
tackling the historical backlog of Maori Land Court partition orders
that have yet to be registered in the Land Titles system (administered by
Land Information New Zealand

2006. Neil Pullar has
been engaged by the Palestinian Land Authority to specify system
requirements and oversee the procurement process of the implementation of a
computerized land registration system in the Ramallah and Gaza land offices

- 2006.
Through Land Equity International, Neil Pullar was engaged as the Land
Information Integration Advisor to the second stage of the World Bank
funded SIAM 2 project. In this role he developed a Land Information
Integration Strategy for the Samoan Ministry of Natural Resources,
Environment and Meteorology, a land registration software application to
support new title registration legislation and assisted with the
establishment of a Samoa Digital Cadastral Database.

2006. Neil Pullar was
engaged by the FAO to advise the Karnataka State Government on how current
approaches to cadastral survey could be improved and provide an
authoritative cadastral spatial framework for the state.

Marmara Emergency Earthquake Reconstruction Project
|
|
2005. Neil Pullar was
engaged by the World Bank to review the LIS component of this project and a
procurement specification associated with the implementation of the LIS. He
also provided advice on the Modernization Strategy being prepared by the
General Directorate of Land Registration and Cadastre (TKGM).

2006 Neil Pullar was
a member of the World Bank pre-appraisal mission with specific
responsibility to look at the technology proposed for this project. He has
also been involved in pre-implementation tasks including the finalization
of an automation strategy, the definition of registration standards and
associated quality measures and the finalization of process documentation.

a member of the World Bank Supervision Mission with a specific role to
assist with a review of the eCadastre initiative.
